About the role
We are partnering with a respected, fast‑growing accountancy practice in Southend‑on‑Sea to hire a Client Portfolio Manager. This is a client‑facing management position offering genuine autonomy and a clear pathway to Associate Director.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of business and private clients.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships while spotting business development opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and act as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute actively to the practice’s continued growth.
Required profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Commercially minded with strong relationship‑building abilities.
- Ambitious and seeking a defined career progression.
