Client Programme Manager – Strategic Growth & Experience

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Programme Manager to join a leading law firm and drive strategic client growth, experience and account management initiatives. Working closely with senior partners and business development teams, you will shape and deliver key programmes that enhance client relationships and identify new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Key Account Management (KAM) programme.
• Support strategic client planning and account growth initiatives.
• Lead client feedback and listening programmes, turning insights into action.
• Drive client onboarding and client experience improvements.
• Facilitate collaboration between partners, business development teams, and other business services functions.
• Monitor programme performance and provide meaningful reporting and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client programmes, account management, business development or client experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
• Experience within a professional services environment is highly desirable.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
