Client Relationship Administrator – Maidstone, Kent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Administrator to support a growing financial planning practice in Maidstone. The role involves a mix of client‑facing administration and back‑office support for advisors and paraplanners, ideal for someone with a solid financial services background.

Key responsibilities

• Process and submit new business applications from start to finish.
• Prepare and chase Letters of Authority and liaise with third‑party providers.
• Obtain valuations, policy information and client data from external sources.
• Draft templated suitability reports under advisor direction.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
• Manage advisor diaries and prepare documentation for client reviews.
• Handle servicing requests such as fund switches, withdrawals and amendments.
• Liaise with head office and third‑party providers to resolve queries.
• Support paraplanners with data gathering and file preparation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a client‑facing administrative role within financial services.
• Familiarity with financial planning processes and related documentation.
• Ability to manage advisor diaries and support paraplanners.

Required skills

• Use of CRM systems for client record maintenance.

What we offer

• Salary up to £40,000 per year.
