Client Relationship Manager Assistant

About the role

As a Client Relationship Manager Assistant you will work closely with National Client Relationship Managers to support and strengthen relationships with pension administration clients. You will act as the first point of contact, helping to understand client needs, resolve issues and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client interactions on behalf of the CRM, including communications, appointments and reporting.
• Support new client propositions, transformation projects and solutions implementation.
• Produce reports, presentations and management information across pensions administration and technology services.
• Coordinate CRM events, minutes, actions and follow‑up activities.
• Handle client billing tasks such as invoicing, work‑in‑progress and credit activities.
• Maintain risk management and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical advice to colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Collect, analyse and report data to support decision‑making.
• Assist with project and operational management to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a client‑facing support role.
• Understanding of third‑party pensions administration and stakeholder needs.
• Technical knowledge of pensions administration and current market challenges.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.
