Client Relationship Manager – FINMAR

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will act as the primary liaison between FINEX carriers and the FINMAR Market Services team, helping carriers improve their market proposition and performance across quoting, placement, policy production and claims.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified FINEX carriers in Great Britain.
• Monitor and measure carrier performance against agreed service levels.
• Produce and present detailed analytical reports on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with FINEX underwriting, placing and claims teams to understand client needs.
• Work with FMS colleagues in Mumbai and Ipswich to manage budgets and analytical data.
• Ensure data integrity and consistent global service delivery across the worldwide FMS team.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in a client‑facing or broking role within financial‑lines insurance.
• Deep understanding of insurance principles, broking and underwriting.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent service and manage complex client relationships.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to work autonomously or within a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
• Capability to manage conflict resolution without compromising relationships.
