About the role
We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to serve our commercial clients in Southampton. You will act as the primary point of contact, managing key accounts and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial client accounts and act as the main point of contact for orders and queries.
- Maximise revenue from each account by identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring contract compliance.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers.
- Provide first‑class service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deadlines.
Required profile
- Outgoing and warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and solve problems effectively.
- Customer‑focused with a commercial mindset.
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
