Client Relationship Manager – Property (Hybrid, £50‑65k)

About the role

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager for the Property sector to join our team on a hybrid basis in Farnborough. In this role you will leverage your extensive network of estate agents, developers and property professionals to generate new business and strengthen referral partnerships for our Property team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with estate agents, developers and other property professionals.
• Create referral opportunities that feed the firm’s Property team.
• Represent the firm at networking events and industry gatherings.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners and fee earners to maximise referrals.
• Maintain and update your pipeline using a CRM system.
• Support wider marketing and profile‑raising initiatives.

Required profile

• Enjoys opening doors and creating commercial opportunities.
• Experience in estate agency, property services, mortgage/financial services, property development or business development within the property sector.
• Possesses a strong network of property contacts.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build trusted referral relationships.
• Commercial, proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Legal experience not essential.
