Client Relationship Manager – St James's Place (Bristol)

About the role

This position sits at the heart of a busy St. James's Place practice in Bristol, acting as the main point of contact for clients, advisers and visiting partners. You will manage the front‑of‑house experience and support the operational flow of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, prepare meeting rooms and ensure a professional environment.
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries and coordinate client administration tasks.
• Support advisers by organising documentation, post and system updates.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑presented office and manage day‑to‑day logistical needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience working within a St. James's Place (SJP) practice.
• Strong understanding of client administration processes in an SJP environment.
• Confident communicator with a professional, client‑facing approach.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑priority setting.
