About the role
The Client Relationship Manager – Tech will lead key account activities for a leading technology group within a global law firm. You will own a portfolio of high‑value clients, work collaboratively with internal teams and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing technology‑focused legal clients.
- Identify and target prospective clients through product development and market research.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver tailored client solutions.
- Maintain a personal, high‑service approach to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track account performance and report on business development metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience at a Client Development or Business Development Manager level.
- Demonstrated success working with technology clients in the legal sector.
- Strong analytical and research abilities to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
