Client Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

This position sits at the heart of a financial planning practice, acting as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring smooth case progression. You will bridge advisers, providers and the wider support team, delivering a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for clients, handling queries and providing clear updates.
• Manage client cases from enquiry through to completion, maintaining steady progress.
• Liaise with advisers, providers and third‑party services to keep all parties aligned.
• Support Financial Consultants with documentation, workflow and preparation tasks.
• Maintain accurate client records in line with FCA and data‑protection requirements.
• Collaborate with the Head of Client Relations to improve processes and efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in IFA or wealth‑management administration.
• Desire for increased client exposure and responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple cases without losing detail.
• Strong communicator who can build trust with clients.
• Interest in progressing towards a Financial Adviser role.
