Client Review Administrator – Financial Planning

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual to join a successful financial planning business as a Client Review Administrator. You will work closely with Financial Planners and support teams to produce high‑quality client review packs that are essential for ongoing financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client valuations for review meetings, gathering information from providers and using electronic valuation feeds.
• Update and maintain accurate client records in the Intelligent Office (IO) database.
• Calculate costs and charges for the previous 12‑month period.
• Produce FE Analytics reports and Provider X‑Ray reports.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and professionally presented.
• Issue completed review packs to Financial Planners within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with providers and internal teams to obtain required information.

• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
• Professional communication skills.
• Confidence working with databases and reporting systems.
