About the role

We are seeking a Client Service Advisor to deliver first‑class support to our growing membership base for a well‑established charity. You will handle a variety of telephone calls, emails and written correspondence, ensuring members receive timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and make telephone calls to members and the public.
  • Respond to emails and other written enquiries.
  • Enter, update and maintain member data in the in‑house database.
  • Accurately record interactions and follow‑up actions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service standards.

Required profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work with databases.
  • Flexible, able to multitask and remain friendly under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm on‑site.
