Client Service Associate – Italian Market

About the role

As an Italian Client Service Associate you will join Fisher Investments in London, supporting a leading private money manager. The position offers a dynamic environment where you can ask questions, improve processes and propose fresh solutions while progressing toward senior opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with top banks (custodians) to handle administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist Investment Counsellors with relationship management and operational inquiries from existing clients.
• Produce analyses and portfolio recommendations based on prospective clients' financial situations.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Investment Counsellors and other internal teams across Europe.
• Serve as a point‑of‑contact or subject‑matter expert as responsibilities expand.
• Report to the Client Service Team Leader for on‑the‑job training and professional development.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience; Finance, Economics or Business studies are a plus.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Italian and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for phone and email client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting.
• Commitment to delivering quality work within agreed timelines.
