Client Service Coordinator – Bilingual (French/English)

About the role

The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) supports global Account Managers in delivering branded merchandise programmes for international clients. Working from Manchester, you will act as the operational hub, ensuring smooth product sourcing, quoting, order processing and delivery tracking while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product sourcing, quotations and order fulfilment across multiple markets.
• Track deliveries, manage timelines and resolve any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams and account managers to meet client expectations.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client use.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to profitability analysis.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management or purchasing.
• Fluent in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in customer service, vendor negotiation or procurement is a plus.
