Client Service Director – Insurance

About the role

This senior position sits at the heart of a top‑tier London insurance business, offering influence over high‑value client relationships and the chance to shape the future of the firm. You will own strategic accounts across the UK while building and leading a high‑performing team of Account Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead relationships with major, complex insurance clients across the UK.
• Build, mentor and develop a team of Account Directors in London.
• Set and deliver the regional client strategy for the London insurance market.
• Drive new business while retaining and growing existing accounts.
• Oversee large and technically complex insurance programmes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence broader business direction.

Required profile

• Proven senior client‑facing experience within the insurance sector.
• Strong track record managing large, complex insurance clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Successful history of winning and expanding business in the London insurance market.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders across the insurance industry.
• Commercial judgement and a clear view on sustainable growth.
