Client Service Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to join our award‑winning service charge team in Milton Keynes. In this high‑impact position you will manage a portfolio of key clients, oversee service charge accounts and guide a team of senior and executive accountants to deliver exceptional service and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular online and face‑to‑face engagement.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts, managing billing, recoveries, debt and forecasting.
• Coach and develop senior and executive accountants, identifying training needs and supporting career progression.
• Promote the team’s brand on LinkedIn and create relevant content.
• Champion continuous improvement, driving efficiency and service enhancements.
• Support adoption and development of the bespoke ForSite software across teams and clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with sector developments and share knowledge internally.

Required profile

• AAT qualified or part‑qualified ACCA/ACA or QBE.
• Strong accounting background with experience reviewing work.
• Practice experience desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Highly organised with a proactive attitude.
