Client Service Team Associate – Hybrid – £35k + Bonus

About the role

Join a respected financial planning group as a Client Service Team Associate. Working in a hybrid model, you will support advisers, paraplanners and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience in a fast‑paced wealth management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce portfolio reports and pre‑meeting documentation for advisers.
• Review and correct client cash accounts.
• Submit and implement new business applications as instructed.
• Maintain accurate client records in systems such as Intelliflo and Concert Hub.
• Manage your own workflow, prioritising tasks and meeting service level agreements.
• Escalate issues to the Team Leader when required.
• Collaborate across departments to uphold high standards of client service.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration or client servicing, preferably within financial services.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a high‑pressure environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
