Client Services Associate – French Speaking (Entry Level)

About the role

As a Client Services Associate you will act as the bridge between proSapient’s clients – primarily private equity and consultancy firms – and a global network of industry experts. This entry‑level position is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and is fluent in French.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and conduct preliminary research to understand industry, company and topic requirements.
• Source experts globally using proSapient’s AI‑driven platform and professional networking sites.
• Contact, vet and engage experts through calls, emails and messaging to assess suitability for each brief.
• Collaborate with the internal team to manage project timelines and exceed client expectations.

• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
