Client Services Associate

About the role

Our client, a leading UK‑based online auction platform, is looking for a proactive Client Services Associate to join a fast‑growing team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them navigate internal systems and ensuring a smooth, satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client enquiries via phone, email and face‑to‑face.
• Deliver training and ongoing support on company platforms and SaaS tools.
• Translate complex technical processes into clear, user‑friendly guidance.
• Maintain accurate client records using Microsoft Office and internal databases.
• Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling, data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑service role, preferably in a SaaS or technology‑focused environment.
• Strong IT aptitude with the ability to learn new systems rapidly.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Team player who can also work independently.
