About the role

Iconic Digital is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to lead its growing Account Management team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape client experiences, drive retention, and support the agency’s continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of 4‑5 Digital Marketing Account Managers.
• Own the end‑to‑end client onboarding process and ensure smooth campaign launches.
• Act as the senior escalation point for client enquiries and service issues.
• Collaborate with the CEO to improve client satisfaction, retention and operational performance.
• Develop a culture of exceptional client service and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on client retention and growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to coach and develop high‑performing account teams.
