Client Services Manager – Pension Administration

About the role

As a Client Services Manager (known internally as a ‘Client Executive’) within Gallagher Benefit Services, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of pension clients. You will work closely with trustees, pension managers and internal operations teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet regulatory standards and client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trustees and pension managers.
• Oversee end‑to‑end service delivery to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to drive portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with the Pensions Operations team to guarantee seamless service execution.
• Ensure compliance with pension legislation and FCA regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of pensions legislation and scheme administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong organisational abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
