Client Services Representative

About the role

Our client, a leading employer in the South East, is looking for a Client Services Representative to join their team in Epsom. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information on mortgages, loans and related financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all products and services offered.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries via phone, email and web channels.
• Follow up leads generated from marketing activities and the company website.
• Handle general administrative tasks and special customer‑related projects.
• Promote mortgage and loan solutions to prospective and existing customers, as well as intermediaries.
• Proactively call customers to discuss alternative mortgage options.

Required profile

• Previous experience in savings, mortgages or a related financial field is advantageous.
• Confident, clear and professional telephone manner.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
