Client Services Team Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Services Team Manager to lead a group of Client Services Specialists. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will work remotely while ensuring exceptional service for our insurance broker portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, support and develop a team to deliver high‑quality client service.
• Identify product and service gaps within the existing portfolio.
• Set individual and team objectives aligned with client and business expectations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and 1‑2‑1 coaching sessions.
• Maintain professional relationships with sales consultants, clients and insurers at all levels.
• Attend internal and external meetings, including insurer product training.
• Provide proactive telephone handling for internal and external calls.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Team Manager or Team Leader.
• Group risk experience is desirable.
• Proven ability to drive team engagement through communication and collaboration.
• Strong focus on meeting KPI, regulatory and service level requirements.
