Client Solutions Partner – Construction Business Development

About the role

Randstad is expanding its Construction division for 2026 and is looking for a Client Solutions Partner / Business Development Manager to win major regional accounts and drive strategic partnerships in the Northeast. The role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne with a flexible hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Unlock revenue in existing accounts and acquire new construction clients across the Northeast.
• Deliver tailored talent solutions that match complex client project pipelines.
• Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging the scale and data of the world’s leading recruitment agency.
• Develop long‑term partnerships rather than transactional sales.

Required profile

• Proven business development or account management experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Demonstrated ability to move from transactional sales to partnership‑focused relationships.
