Client Success Executive

About the role

This permanent, office‑based position is ideal for an enthusiastic people‑person who wants to start a career in client success within a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. You will become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone and email.
• Act as the main liaison for client enquiries, providing timely updates and answers.
• Gather feedback, monitor client engagement and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to deliver performance reports and Google ranking updates.
• Keep client records accurate and up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Confident, enthusiastic and comfortable speaking with clients on the phone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn, develop and progress within the company.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to manage client information.
