Client Success Manager – Mid-Market

About the role

Perkbox is seeking a Client Success Manager for its Mid-Market team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will manage a portfolio of mid‑market customers, driving health, engagement, adoption and retention while collaborating closely with Contract Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid‑market customers, monitoring health, engagement and risk.
• Use data and platform insights to prioritise activity, identify opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Deliver proactive, value‑led engagement, lead business reviews and success planning discussions.
• Identify and manage customer risks, develop recovery plans and provide internal risk updates.
• Partner with Contract Managers on renewals, retention, expansion opportunities and commercial risks.
• Leverage automation, AI‑assisted tools and customer insights to improve engagement and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage a large customer portfolio in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on retention and customer value.
• Excellent stakeholder management, organisation, prioritisation and time‑management skills.
• Adaptable, resilient and comfortable handling competing priorities.

Required skills
