Client Success Partner

About the role

The Client Success Partner will ensure Boxbar’s technology delivers the operational, commercial and customer‑experience outcomes agreed with each client. Working from the UK on a hybrid basis, the role coordinates onboarding, activation readiness, adoption, performance review and continuous improvement across the client lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a documented Client Success Plan for each account, translating client objectives into operational measures and tracking health, adoption and risk.
• Coordinate post‑sale handover, onboarding and activation readiness with Operations, Project Management, Product and Technical teams, ensuring training and documentation are delivered before go‑live.
• Manage major client activations, capture results, feedback and incidents, and lead post‑activation reviews to drive actionable improvements.
• Monitor performance metrics such as throughput, availability and utilisation, produce client‑facing outcome reports and coordinate improvement plans with relevant functions.
• Build strong relationships with client operational stakeholders, maintain proactive communication and manage issues or risks throughout the engagement.
• Identify expansion opportunities, provide evidence to Strategic Partnerships and hand over qualified prospects without making commercial commitments.

Required profile

• Experience in customer success, account delivery or operational account management supporting complex, live‑environment clients.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities, with a track record of translating client objectives into practical delivery plans.
• Proven analytical skills to assess performance data, identify gaps and drive improvement actions.
• Excellent written reporting and communication skills, confident handling difficult client conversations.
• Ability to prioritise across multiple accounts and activations, and willingness to travel and work around major event schedules.
