Client Support Administrator

About the role

We are an established, values‑led financial planning firm seeking a Client Support Administrator to help drive our continued growth. The role is hands‑on, focusing on high‑quality client support, process improvement and enabling advisers to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business applications and provide day‑to‑day support to advisers.
• Manage client documentation and oversee workflow processes.
• Support operational improvements and promote consistency across the team.
• Help enhance communication, streamline processes and increase overall efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience within a Financial Planning or Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) environment.
• Strong administration background with an organised, efficient and process‑minded approach.
• Confident working closely with advisers and able to collaborate effectively.
• Approachable, supportive and open to positive change.
