Client Support Administrator – Veterinary Practice

About the role

We are seeking a Client Support Administrator to join our veterinary team in Saffron Walden. You will be the first point of contact for pet owners, ensuring a friendly, professional and compassionate experience while supporting the smooth operation of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails, providing accurate information to clients.
• Schedule and confirm veterinary appointments across multiple branches.
• Maintain and update client and patient records in the practice management system.
• Process payments, issue invoices and handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless client flow and timely service.
• Assist with multi‑branch logistics, including travel between sites as required.

Required profile

• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
• Approachable with strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule of Monday‑Wednesday, 10‑hour shifts.
• Previous experience in a veterinary or customer‑facing environment is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car are desirable for branch travel.
