Client Support Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and client‑focused Client Support Manager to join our growing financial services team. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to high‑net‑worth clients while supporting Financial Planners and ensuring smooth processing of new and existing business.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Process new business applications accurately, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Liaise with Financial Planners and internal teams to resolve compliance or documentation issues.
• Manage policy alterations such as surrenders, switches and withdrawals in line with regulatory requirements.
• Check policy documentation for accuracy and issue documents to clients according to company procedures.
• Obtain and validate policy information from product providers, following up on missing details.
• Prepare accurate client valuations and investigate any discrepancies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, independent financial advisory (IFA) or a similar environment.
• Strong client relationship and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/back‑office systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of £28,000‑£35,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 days home after probation).
• Full‑time role – 37.5 hours per week.
