Client Workflow & MI Manager

About the role

Huntswood is seeking a Client Workflow & MI Manager to support a major corporate banking client undergoing digital and regulatory change. Based at the client’s flagship campus in Knutsford, you will optimise Salesforce‑driven workflows and deliver actionable insights for outreach campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise workflow processes across multiple client outreach campaigns.
• Ensure seamless data flow, accurate tracking and high‑quality performance metrics.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and increase campaign visibility.
• Produce dashboards, reports and performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights and drive data‑quality through cleansing, validation and governance controls.
• Collaborate with Client Readiness, Change and Programme teams to provide timely information.
• Handle client communications with precision and clarity.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with workflow management tools, especially Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, numerical and commercial thinking.
• High‑level Excel capability and confidence working with large data sets.
• Able to simplify complex data and present clear insights.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Understanding of client‑facing operational processes in digital environments.

What we offer

• Day rate of £237 (HUSP Umbrella only).
• Hybrid working – one day per month on‑site after a week of full‑time training.
