Client‑Facing Paraplanner – Hybrid – London

About the role

This position supports a senior Financial Adviser in delivering bespoke financial advice to high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients. You will work directly with clients throughout the advice process, from meetings to the presentation of cash‑flow models.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings alongside the Adviser and take detailed technical notes.
• Prepare and present cash‑flow modelling reports using Voyant.
• Develop tailored financial planning recommendations and high‑quality suitability reports.
• Liaise directly with HNW and UHNW clients and their professional advisers (accountants, solicitors, etc.).
• Support implementation of pension, investment and tax‑planning strategies.
• Contribute to the ongoing management of complex client relationships.

Required profile

• Previous paraplanning experience in a financial planning or wealth‑management environment.
• Strong report‑writing ability and experience producing bespoke suitability reports.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to work closely with Advisers on complex planning matters.
