Client‑Facing Paraplanner – Wilmslow, Hybrid

About the role

This client‑facing Paraplanner position sits at the heart of a well‑regarded independent financial planning firm in Wilmslow. You will work directly with high‑net‑worth clients, contributing to the creation and delivery of comprehensive financial advice rather than remaining behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed financial plans and cash‑flow models covering income, expenditure and net assets.
• Conduct in‑depth research on pensions, investments, tax planning and protection solutions.
• Attend client meetings, support discussions and help shape recommendations.
• Prepare annual reviews, maintain client plans and produce clear suitability reports.
• Collaborate within a client pod alongside a Chartered Financial Planner and an Administrator.

Required profile

• Proven paraplanning experience, preferably with complex or high‑net‑worth clients.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum).
• Working towards Chartered status or already Chartered.
• Strong appetite for technical detail and scenario analysis.
• Confidence and communication skills to engage directly with clients.

Required skills

• Cashflow modelling experience.

• Salary between £45,000 and £48,000 per year.
