Clinic Coordinator

About the role

The Clinic Coordinator will ensure patients receive a high‑quality experience by optimising clinic utilisation and supporting daily operations. This temporary, part‑time position involves both patient‑facing and administrative duties in a busy Cambridge clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the clinic while adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Manage the clinic diary, optimise appointment bookings and handle payments and patient data.
• Build strong relationships with the clinical team and patients to enhance care experience.
• Promote clinic services and products, providing information and assistance to patients.
• Maintain CQC compliance, conduct risk assessments and uphold SOPs.
• Review systems regularly to resolve issues with appointments, payments and patient information.
• Perform daily room checks to ensure cleanliness, tidiness and stock levels.
• Handle patient communications, answer calls, book appointments and secure patient information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, welcoming manner.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.
• Flexibility and a collaborative team spirit.
• Caring and compassionate nature with a commitment to high‑quality patient care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Outlook.
• Familiarity with the Pabau practice management system.
• Comfort working with Apple products.
