Clinic Coordinator – Private Medical Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a warm, organised Clinic Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients at a prestigious private medical clinic on Harley Street. You will create a calm, welcoming environment and ensure each patient’s journey is seamless and professional.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide clear information to help patients feel informed and at ease.
• Manage complex diaries for eight optometrists and four surgeons.
• Process high‑volume appointment bookings accurately.
• Act as the central liaison for patients, clinicians, contractors and suppliers.
• Handle payments and refunds across multiple systems.
• Collect patient feedback and testimonials for continuous improvement.
• Maintain immaculate clinic spaces and support administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Confident multitasker in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple diaries.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient‑focused attitude.
• Previous experience in a private medical clinic is advantageous.

What we offer

• Full‑time, 37.5‑hour week with shift patterns Monday‑Saturday.
• Three Saturdays per month with a weekday off in lieu.
• Competitive salary between £28,000 and £30,000 per year.
