Clinic Logistics Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Clinic Logistics Assistant to join our growing distance‑selling pharmacy in Runcorn. You will support the weight‑loss service by ensuring medication orders are packed, labelled and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Pack and prepare weight‑loss medication orders for dispatch.
• Label and package shipments in line with company SOPs.
• Coordinate daily courier collections and monitor deliveries.
• Receive, unpack and organise incoming stock deliveries.
• Support stock control through regular counts and inventory updates.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders and inventory movements.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, delays and tracking queries.
• Keep the warehouse and packing area clean, safe and organised.
• Liaise with pharmacy and customer‑service teams on order status.
• Follow health‑and‑safety, data‑protection and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, dispatch or fulfilment operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work accurately under daily volume pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to prioritise workload and meet daily deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Experience using order management software.
• General IT competence.
