Clinical Advisor

About the role

TPP is seeking a senior Clinical Advisor to support the development and rollout of its flagship digital health platform, SystmOne. The role is based in Leeds and involves regular travel across the UK and internationally to engage with health ministries, partners and conferences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Ministries of Health and private healthcare organisations worldwide.
• Represent TPP at UK and international events, trade missions and conferences.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide clinical workflow insights and advise on emerging regulatory changes.
• Promote a strong clinical safety culture and contribute to risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with clinical safety standards, data protection regulations and best‑practice guidelines.
• Guide the creation, accuracy and appropriate use of clinical content and data.

Required profile

• Clinically qualified practitioner (GMC, GDC, NMC, GPC, or HCPC).
• Minimum of 5 years recent clinical experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of clinical workflows and safety processes.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms, particularly SystmOne.
• Understanding of data protection and clinical data governance.
