Clinical Assessor – PIP/WCA (Hybrid, Full‑time)

About the role

Everpool is recruiting Clinical Assessors to evaluate Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessment (WCA) claims. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home and attend the Watford office, with standard Monday‑to‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm hours and no weekend or night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone and face‑to‑face assessments of claimants to determine health and work capability.
• Review medical evidence, health questionnaires and daily‑living activity information.
• Produce detailed assessment reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
• Interview claimants to understand their conditions and daily challenges.
• Analyse medical records and compile comprehensive written reports.

Required profile

• Qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Pharmacist.
• Willingness to work hybrid (home and office) in the Watford area.
• Ability to work full‑time after a training period, adhering to 9‑5 schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret medical documentation.
