About the role
As a Clinical Consultant in Philips’ Radiology Informatics team, you will support customers across the UK and Ireland by configuring applications, delivering user training, handling product demonstrations, and integrating system workflows. You will work within the Northern Europe Radiology Informatics team, reporting to the Clinical Consultant Implementation Leader and may travel across Europe for project support.
Key responsibilities
- Configure clinical workflows and provide consultative support for VUE PACS installations.
- Develop and deliver training programmes for clinical users and support User Acceptance Testing.
- Own resolution of defects related to clinical UI and workflow, mentoring customers in system maintenance.
- Document as‑built workflows, facilitate handover to service support, and contribute to new solution development.
- Provide application configuration, product commercialization support, trade‑show assistance and handle call escalations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience, or vocational education with 4+ years experience; clinical degree in radiography or related field preferred.
- Experience working in a radiology department with solid understanding of radiology workflows.
- Radiographer licence or PACS administrator experience, and a valid driving licence.
- Fluent English with excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time within the UK/Ireland and occasionally across Europe.
- Ability to pass a standard DBS criminal record check.
