Clinical Lead

About the role

The Clinical Lead will support the Home Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of Hampton Care Home, a purpose‑built facility for up to 76 residents. You will lead a dedicated care team, ensuring high‑quality nursing, dementia and palliative care while fostering a safe and dignified environment for residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Home Manager to maintain smooth service delivery and uphold regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead, motivate and manage the care team, ensuring staff are well‑supported and performance‑driven.
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship and professional development opportunities for staff.
• Ensure resident‑centred care that meets individual needs and preferences.

Required profile

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid PIN.
• Proven experience working with elderly residents in a care setting.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and inspire a care team.
• Experience in staff training and development.
