Clinical Lead Nurse

About the role

Gregory House is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the team as a Clinical Lead Nurse. You will work closely with senior clinical leadership to shape strategies, co‑produce transformation plans and ensure high‑quality care for service users in secure settings.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in developing and implementing clear strategies for service transformation.
• Co‑produce pathways with service users, carers and partners to facilitate timely community transitions and reduce unnecessary admissions.
• Drive clinical excellence by influencing and co‑creating improvement initiatives across the whole care pathway.
• Ensure systems are designed, implemented and monitored for efficient financial and clinical performance.
• Develop nursing standards and contribute to clinical governance from a nursing perspective.

Required profile

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RMNH) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience.
• At least 2 years of operational experience in a senior management role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, innovate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
