About the role

G2 Legal Limited, a leading claimant firm recognised in the Legal 500, is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join its growing clinical negligence team. This is a senior position offering the chance to manage a high‑value, complex caseload from day one and to contribute to the practice’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated portfolio of clinical negligence claims, primarily against NHS Trusts and GP practices.
• Handle a diverse range of injuries, including amputations, brain injuries, and birth injuries.
• Develop and execute case strategies for high‑value, catastrophic injury matters.
• Collaborate with senior partners to drive business development and practice growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with proven experience in high‑value clinical negligence or catastrophic injury cases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high‑stakes claims independently.
• Ambition to progress towards partnership within a leading firm.
• Business development skills are desirable but not mandatory.
