About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Warrington. The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload of clinical negligence and multi‑track claims, representing clients who have suffered injuries due to delayed diagnoses, substandard treatment, or surgical errors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of clinical negligence cases, from client interview to trial.
• Handle multi‑track claims, including cost assessments and litigation strategy.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, statements of case, and witness statements.
• Liaise with medical experts, clients, and opposing counsel to build robust cases.
• Maintain accurate case files and meet court deadlines.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven experience in clinical negligence or medical malpractice litigation.
• Strong understanding of multi‑track procedures, costs, and the litigation process.
