Clinical Programmes Coordinator – Maternity

About the role

The Clinical Programmes Coordinator will provide dedicated administrative support to three key committees within a respected professional medical membership body. This maternity contract role is based in London and offers the chance to contribute to the organisation's mission while working in a fast‑moving, customer‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day administrative assistance to three committees, including scheduling, minute‑taking and document management.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with UK healthcare regulations.
• Act as a liaison between committee members, external partners and internal teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence using standard office software.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the UK healthcare environment.
• Recent experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role, preferably within a similar organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
