Clinical Support Worker – Community Physiotherapy (Hexham)

About the role

The Community Physiotherapy team in West Northumberland is seeking a full‑time Clinical Support Worker to deliver home‑based rehabilitation programmes. You will join a busy multidisciplinary team supporting clients recovering from short‑term illness or a temporary decline in health.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver delegated rehabilitation programmes in clients' homes under the guidance of qualified physiotherapists.
• Manage a non‑complex caseload, including equipment provision to promote client independence.
• Contribute to the planning, maintenance and development of the physiotherapy service.
• Act as a valuable resource for other members of the multidisciplinary team.
