Cloud Engineer – Azure & OpenAI Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a dynamic client in South Oxfordshire on an exciting cloud transformation project. As a Cloud Engineer you will lead the design, deployment and optimisation of a secure Microsoft Azure environment, integrate Azure OpenAI services and support the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Microsoft Azure infrastructure following security best‑practice guidelines.
• Implement Azure OpenAI services to enable AI‑driven capabilities.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device and application compliance.
• Assist migration of data from legacy/on‑premise systems to Azure.
• Provide ongoing administration, monitoring and optimisation of Azure and Microsoft 365 services.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Proven track record deploying and administering Azure environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune configuration and management.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI service deployment.
