About the role
We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with an active eDV clearance to join our hybrid team based in Cheltenham (with occasional work in London). The role focuses on building and maintaining secure, cloud‑native solutions at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Automate application and infrastructure provisioning within secure cloud environments.
- Support CI/CD pipeline development and optimisation.
- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Implement and maintain cloud‑native solutions at scale.
- Apply security best practices across infrastructure and deployments.
Required profile
- Active eDV clearance is mandatory.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Required skills
- AWS (including CloudFormation and ECS).
- Containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD tooling such as DroneCI.
- Version control with GitHub or GitLab.
- Advanced Linux administration and Bash scripting.
- Configuration management using Ansible.
- Strong understanding of cloud and Kubernetes security best practices.
