Cloud FinOps Analyst

About the role

WTW is looking for a Cloud FinOps Analyst to join its Global Technology function. The role focuses on managing and optimising cloud and AI financial operations, driving cost efficiency and transparency across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively monitor, manage and optimise WTW's cloud and AI spend.
• Act as the FinOps tooling subject‑matter expert for the core data platform.
• Analyse data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for financial goals.
• Identify and implement cloud cost‑optimisation opportunities.
• Manage anomaly detection and budget alerting across the cloud estate.
• Partner with Business, Engineering and Finance teams to align on financial initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and cost‑optimisation forums.
• Support the maturity of the Cloud FinOps capability and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Required profile

• FinOps Practitioner certification preferred.
• Experience with FinOps tooling such as Cloudability, Flexera or CloudHealth.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services.
• Ability to translate complex cloud financial data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis principles.
