Cloud IAM Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud IAM Support Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management team in Manchester. The role is fully onsite and involves supporting enterprise‑scale identity platforms in a highly secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production support for Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administer and support Okta identity services.
• Manage hybrid identity synchronization using Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect.
• Integrate and support identity flows with security tools such as CrowdStrike.
• Maintain SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and Enterprise Applications.
• Investigate and resolve identity‑related incidents and service requests.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Okta administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect in hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with CrowdStrike integration or support.
• Eligibility to obtain BPSS clearance.
