Cloud IAM Support Engineer – Manchester

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud IAM Support Engineer to join our team in Manchester. The role focuses on supporting modern Identity & Access Management services, primarily Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, ensuring secure authentication and seamless integration across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support Microsoft Entra ID features such as RBAC, Privileged Identity Management, Conditional Access, MFA and SSO.
• Administer Entra ID enterprise applications (SAML/OIDC), service principals and managed identities.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes including join‑move‑leave (JML), dynamic groups and access governance.
• Maintain Entra/Azure AD Connect synchronization and related Active Directory integration.
• Provide support for Okta SSO and identity integrations alongside Entra ID.
• Integrate identity solutions with security and endpoint tools such as CrowdStrike.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with cloud IAM platforms, especially Microsoft Entra ID and/or Okta.
• Demonstrated ability to support Conditional Access and/or PIM in production environments.
• Experience managing SSO integrations using SAML or OIDC.
• Knowledge of cloud‑to‑on‑prem identity synchronization (Entra Connect/AD sync).
• Proven troubleshooting skills for identity integrations with security tools.
